Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, is our first Sparring Night of the year! Please pay special attention to the time you are supposed to attend class. All students who have a Sparring Helmet will be REQUIRED to have a face shield. A mouth guard is also required for all students who attend the 7pm class and recommended for the 6pm class. This item can be purchased from Walmart, Target, or any sporting goods store, such as Academy.
- 6:00-6:45 is for White, Yellow, & Orange Belts
- 7:00-7:45 is for Purple Belts & Up
